Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of old fashioned oats
- 2 Tbsp of PB2 (I've just discovered this, and use it in protein shakes, I can't wait to find more uses, well, other than this)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mash the bananas, add the PB2, and oats, mix well.
- Spoon a tablespoon of cookie "dough" onto parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
